Privacy & Cookie Notice

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are

This website, gisciroma.it, is operated by Gioielleria Gisci — the data controller for the personal data described below.

Registered office: Via Vittoria 19, 00187 Rome (RM), Italy · VAT no. (P. IVA) 10838080587. You can reach us at info@gisci.eu or +39 06 3207 619.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the enquiry form on our Contact page: your name, email address and the content of your message. We do not ask for, or store, any special categories of data.

3. Why we use it & legal basis

Your data is used solely to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on a request about our jewellery or services. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to, or in the context of, a possible relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept only for as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to erase your message at any time.

5. Who can see it

Your message is delivered to our own email inbox and read only by Gioielleria Gisci. We do not sell or share your data. It may be processed by our email and hosting providers strictly to deliver the service, under appropriate agreements.

6. Cookies & third parties

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not profile visitors. Fonts are served from our own server, so no font provider receives your data.

Two features load content from third parties:

  • Google Maps — the map on our Contact page is embedded from Google. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under Google’s privacy policy.
  • Instagram — our Instagram link simply opens instagram.com in a new tab; it sets no cookies on our site.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and request portability. To exercise any of these, write to info@gisci.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

8. Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
